What motivates you to wake up each day?
I believe in the power of support, guidance, and understanding when it comes to mental health and wellness.
As a Cincinnati native, I’ve always been passionate about helping others navigate their mental health and wellness journeys. I hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of Cincinnati, along with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and associate’s degrees in health sciences, and occupational therapy from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
With over ten years of experience in mental health, I have worked across a wide range of settings, including clinical pediatric and adult inpatient and outpatient care, psychiatric hospitals, elementary schools, and rehabilitation facilities. I hold multiple certifications in wellness counseling, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention, with specialized training in anxiety, chronic pain, depression, dual diagnoses, eating disorders, emotional regulation, grief counseling, sleep hygiene, and trauma.
My approach is rooted in empathy, knowledge, and a deep commitment to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.
It's okay to not be okay. Recovery and growth begins when we speak up.
